Each individual, IP address, phone number, email address, device, or residential address is only permitted to hold one active account on the gengtoto Platform at any time. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be considered a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions. Detected duplicate accounts will be suspended and all balances across those accounts will be forfeited without compensation.
Upon registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and current information. This includes your full name as per your identification document, an active phone number, a valid email address and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension without prior warning.
Gengtoto carries out a strict KYC process as part of our commitment to platform security and regulatory compliance. You may be required to submit a copy of your identification document, bank statement or other documents at the point of registration or before your first withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary freeze on your account's withdrawal facility.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. Gengtoto shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account login information secure.
You are encouraged to use a strong and unique password for your Gengtoto account and to change it regularly. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members. Your Gengtoto account is for your personal use only. You are not permitted to transfer, sell, lease, or assign your account to any other party. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any existing balance.
Warning: Gengtoto will not be held liable for any losses arising from you sharing your account information with third parties. Keep your account secure at all times.
Gengtoto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved Malaysian local payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Gengtoto does not accept any payment methods not listed on the platform.
Gengtoto is committed to processing withdrawals within 15 minutes once the request has been approved. However, this timeframe is subject to the completion of the KYC process and the absence of any technical issues or additional verification requirements. Withdrawals requiring further review may take longer to process.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set for each payment method and may vary according to your membership status. Current limits can be viewed in the finance section of your account. Gengtoto reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with or without prior notice.
For security and anti-money laundering purposes, Gengtoto enforces a policy whereby withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method or under the same name used for the deposit. Each bonus carries a validity period as stated in its respective promotional terms. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within the specified period will expire automatically without any compensation. gengtoto is not responsible for any bonuses that expire due to the user's failure to meet the requirements within the stipulated period.
Any attempt to abuse Gengtoto's bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using bot software, coordinating bets to unlawfully reduce risk or any form of promotional exploitation — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses, account suspension and forfeiture of associated wins.

All game results displayed on the gengtoto platform are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure verifiable by our technical team. The RNG system used by gengtoto has been certified by an independent third-party audit body, and all game outcomes are completely random.
In the event of a technical interruption, disconnection, or system failure during an active game session, Gengtoto will make every effort to restore the user's account to its state prior to the disruption. However, Gengtoto does not guarantee full recovery in all technical situations and shall not be liable for losses arising solely from a connection interruption on the user's end.
In the event of a technical error or incorrect display on the platform resulting in an inaccurate payout, Gengtoto reserves the right to correct the error, including reclaiming any overpayment made. Wins arising from an obvious technical error are not considered valid wins.

Gengtoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. This includes but is not limited to suspected fraud, breach of Terms and Conditions, legal compliance requirements or at the request of a competent authority.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting the Gengtoto support team. Prior to closure, any balance eligible for withdrawal (after fulfilling all applicable wagering requirements) will be processed to you. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements will not be returned.
Accounts that show no login activity or transactions for 12 consecutive months will be classified as an inactive account. gengtoto reserves the right to impose a monthly administrative fee on inactive accounts or to close them after notice has been sent to the registered email address.
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, gengtoto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including financial losses from betting, service interruptions, third-party technical failures, or any factors beyond gengtoto's control.
Gengtoto's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant liability claim.
This liability limit does not affect your statutory rights under applicable Malaysian consumer law. In the event of any conflict, Malaysian law shall apply.
